This design creates a modern office space within the context of a century-old office tower. A large millwork installation forms the centerpiece for the open office spaces while the concrete structure is exposed to provide a rich accent that tells of the building's heritage. Retractable glass partitions, suspended lighting and exposed mechanical systems maximize the sharing of natural light throughout the space. Great care was taken in planning out services to conceal them behind the fire-rated ceilings.
