This project refreshes the main lobby of an office building and doubles its size by adding a second, less formal lobby for a new tenant. The two lobbies are separated by a stone-clad portal accentuated with linear lighting.

The lobbies feature custom-designed benches, green walls,  and a new security desk. The security desk provides universal access and digital wayfinding.

 

New lighting and finishes were carefully chosen to enhance and blend seamlessly with existing materials and design themes.
