This project provides a two-storey office addition to the front of an existing warehouse for an Ontario-based construction company. 

 

Ironspot brick walls delineate the office building, while aluminum roof and wall panels create a modern façade to control solar gain on the building's west face. The interiors are a mix of rough and rich materials, reflecting the range of construction performed by the company.
