This project added 7,000 square feet of new office space and renovated a further 14,000 square feet of existing office space on the top floor of a downtown office building.

 

The subtle design defers to the existing building context, following its proportions and lines. To deliver the project on an accelerated schedule in an occupied building, the design incorporated construction materials and methods that minimized disruptions.
